I then proceeded to check the DNS on the printer and computers and make sure that was set properly, which it was. Naturally I thought it was firewall rules preventing the other stations from showing up so I made sure both profiles for Windows firewall were disabled and also made sure Network discovery was turned on.

Now before jumping to conclusions, I verified the two workstations that were hard wired could Scan to the printer via the Epson Scan utility which they both could, thus ruling out the printer not being able to see the computers. I went to the printer to test the scan to computer function and when I went to select a computer only the station that was connected wirelessly would pop up.

I made sure all the software needed according to Epson to ensure scanning to computer would work was installed. All 3 stations (2 hard wired and 1 wireless) could print to the printer without an issue. Setup the printer to connect Wirelessly to the network and gave it a static IP well out of the range of the DHCP scope. This is a very small business with only 3 employees and 3 computers so I figured setting up the scan to computer wouldn't be an issue. Recently replaced an older HP printer with an Epson ET-4750 (the business bought it without consulting us first) and they wanted it setup wirelessly (the previous printer was setup this way as well) for whatever reason even though the router is 12ft away or less.
